Soviet organ accused Finland
Monday of violating the peace
treaty and warned the Finns that
the only way they could get along
was by being friendly with
Russia.
The Soviet attack on Finland
was printed by the Leningrad
Pravda, organ of the Leningrad
Soviet. It was three columns long.
and presented a bill of particulars
against the Finns.
Attitude Worsening
The coalition government of
Premier Karl A. Fogerholm.

Communist Party lost ground in
parliamentary elections, was
charged with pursuing a de
liberately worsening attitude to
ward Russia.
"Finland is within the orbit of
