Giustina Firm Sued

A $50,000 suit for damages was
filed with the county clerk Mon.
day by Evelyn Sheeks against
four owners of the Giustina
Brothers Lumber Co.
The plaintiff charges careless
ness and negligence on the part
of the lumber company, resulting
in the death of her husband, Den
ton P. Sheeks, on Aug. 6, 1047.
The plaintiff says Mr. Sheeks was
killed when a spar tree used to
load logs onto trucks broke at a
logging camp operated by Gius.
