For National Meeting

to attend the eleventh internation
al IWA convention in St. Louis,
Mo. The convention will convene
Tuesday, Aug. 28.
The affair was held in Portland
last year and Gardner said that
this would be the first time that
the convention had not been held
on the West Coast.
The local office, above the
United States National Bank in
Springfield, will be supervised by
Howard Withrow until Gardner
and Starr return from the con
vention.
