Mrs. Dorothy Randall played
the wedding music and Jim
Whipple, accompanied by Mrs.
Randall, sang "Because" preced
ing the ceremony.
The Cool home was decorated
with greenery, baskets of pink
snapdragons, white carnations
and candelabra, and with tall
white candles on either side of
the fireplace.
At the buffet luncheon which
was served after the wedding,
Mrs. Peter Martin cut the cake
and Mrs. ' Mildred Whipple and
Mrs. J. O. Bettis assisted in
serving.
The couple left on a wedding
trip to the north, and soon will
be at their new home, which
they recently purchased from
Jack Randall. The bridegroom's
family are long-time residents of
Drain, and Mr. Cool has been
in partnership with his lather in
the grocery business for several
months.

included Miss Peggy Smith, Miss
Jackie Smith, Mr. and Mrs. S.
E. Bettis, Mrs. Robert Robeson,
Miss Lucy Marie Robeson, Mr,
and Mrs. Kenneth Bettis, Stan

recital Wednesday evening. In
the program was included music
from Grieg, Tschaikowsky,
Beethoven and Chopin. Among
the closing numbers were selec
tions from "Sonata Pathetique"
by Beethoven and "Funeral
March" and "Waltz in C-sharp
Minor" by Chopin. ,

Wednesday evening at Knights
of Pythias Hall for a potluck
