erly known as Seymour's Chateau,
was purchased by Mr. and Mrs.
Ford Danner and Mr. and Mrs.
Dick Osborn, all of Eugene.
Mr. and Mrs. Shermer, who
opened the establishment in 1930
and have managed it since that
time, will continue to live in that
