rights at the Fischer Lumber
company of Marcola and the
Wayne Hale Logging company of
Springfield, with John E. Hed
ricks of Seattle, Wash., as trial
examiner.
Petitioner for bargaining rights
with the Fischer Lumber company
Is the Willamette Valley District
Council Lumber and Sawmill
workers. AFL, represented by
Reese Wlngard, Eugene attorney
and C. P. Richards, secretary of
the AFL labor group. The com
pany now has a contract with
local 6-246 of the IWA, CIO.
The CIO Is represented by George
Brown, director of organization
