2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons finely chopped green
popper.
13 cup canned tomatoes
a cup boiling water
13 teaspoon salt.
Put celery in saucepan with boil
ing water and boil 10 minutes or until
tender. Melt butter, add onion! salt
and pepper and cook slowly 5 minutes
and stir in tomatoes, add celery and
cook the entire mixture 10 or IS
