Be Held Friday

Friday is the day get for the an
nual "fair" given by the Indies aid
society for tho benefit of the Onk
ridge Community church. The nffnir
will be given in the I. (). ). F, hull
nnd it is under the direction of Mrs.
Roy Putnam, president of (he aid.
Kvery fraternal organization in
town is being represented including
the American Lcgoin auxiliary, Re
bekah lodge. Elks lodge, chamber of
commerce, Epworth League, church
choir and many others. The booths
will vary greatly in their wares.
There will be cooked food, canned
fruit, fancy work, rummage, fishing
pond, shooting gallery, side shows
and many other attractions. A din
ner will be served from 5:H) (o 0:30.
At eigitt o'clock the "Queen of Fair
nidn'' will be crowned. Chamber of
commerce members will he escorts
for tho queen and she will be accom
panied by two maids, two flower
girls, n page and a septor bearer.
