Mist Elaine Murray, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Murray,
to Captain Frederick Donald Ellis, U. S. army air forces, son
of Dr. and Mrs. Fred Ellis, all of Salem.

will make their home In Sacra -men

The new Mrs. Ellis is a grad
uate of Salem schools and at
tended Willamette university
and Oregon State college. She is
a member of Delta Phi and Gam
ma I"hl Beta sororities. She has
bmi making her home in Bak
emfield with her sister, Mrs.
Hannaman.
Captain Ellis is a graduate of
Salem school and attended Wil
lamette university for two years
prior to entering the Canadian
air force. II later transferred to
the United States army air corps
and served with the Eighth air
forre in England for a year. Ha
has been in the service for over
four and a half yean.

Mr. and Mrs. Marion Reynolds
are the parents of a little boy
bom on Monday, February 18
at the Salem Deaconeas hospital.
The little boy weighed five
pounds and two ounces. Mr. Rey
nolds, known to his friend as
Buddy, served with the marine)
and is now attending Willamette
university law school.- He Is a
well known athlete.
