DOG LICENSES ISSUED Dog licenses issued since Jan uary 1 by the Marion county clerk's office total 390, Harlan Judd, county clerk, said Monday. Of the total licenses 149 were is sued for dogs in the city and 241 out in the county. After March 1 an extra dollar penalty is added to the original tax of 91 for male dogs or spayed females and $2 for females.
