Mrs. Laura Neal of Jordan was elected president of Linn county Farmers Union to succeed A. C. Heyman iwho wish ed to retire. ANGEL, Jan. 15-(Special) The annual meeting of the Fed eral Credit union this week showed the past year to have been one of mot too great headway but showing a steady growth and a five per cent profit on deposits. Five new members added during the year brings the total mem bership to 86. Frank Hettwer and Frank Aman were nominated for direc tors; Theresa Dehler for the sup ervisory committee and Sylvester Schmitt for the credit commit tee.
