This year's two weeker will be August 4-11 in the Lake Chelaa area of northern Washington. P BUENOS AIKES, Argentina Go-ernment investigators charged, Saturday that Juan Peron, the de- posed dictator, personally ordered the burning of an Argentine flag so it could be blamed on Roman Cath olics.
