The charge of child theft against
two Salem men was dismissed
Thursday when the defendants ap
peared for arraignment in Marion
County Circuit Court
Deputy District Attorney Joseph
Meier moved for dismissal of the
charge against Glen Caudle and
Bill Rex McGranahan on grounds
of insufficient evidence.
