NEW YORK -Paul Pfeffer.

term of 40 years to life.
Pfeffer was sentenced Friday
for beating one man to death and
nearly killing another. His record
of brutality since getting out of
prison has even lost him the favor
that first won him freedom.
The young bully was serving a
20 to 40 year prison term for sec
ond decree murder in the 1K3
Before Bates case came up again.

his girl friend, Helen Anderson.

a forward base on Guam.
And the 13th Air Force is handy
