The son Dr. Sainburg is accused
of kidnaping is Philip Sainburg II,

marriage.
Both Texas and New York state
courts have awarded custody of
Philip to his mother who has re
sumed her maiden name. Miss
Doris Blanchard. and lives in Itha-
ca pu, )r Sainhurg is accused

Dr. Sainburg, a surgeon on the
Veterans Hospital staff at Big
Spring in West Texas, was found
in contempt of court here last Fri
day. He failed to appear at a hear
ing at which he was to show cause
why he should not be held in con
tempt for refusing to give the boy,
up to his mother.
There are no federal kidnap
charges against Dr. Sainburg. New
Yrk state and fugitive charges
