Man Fined on Traffic Count A Salem driver whose car was demolished in a 99E accident north of Brooks six weeks ago was fined $10 and costs Thursday in Marion County District Court for reckless driving. Wilder Roland McNeil Jr., 3175 Lawrence St., was arrested by state police after the Oct. 16 mis hap which involved only McNeil's car. A witness said McNeil's car had gone onto the shoulder on one side of the road and into the ditch on the other before turning bottom up.
