ClayweH alleges the defendant stopped her automobile on the highway two miles east of Dallas causing a three-car accident last June 7. He says he suffered neck, back and leg injuries and a brain concussion in the mishap. Lyons Couple Honored on Anniversary Statesman News Service LYONS Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schiewek . of Lyons celebrated their silver wedding anniversary at the Women's Clubhouse in Me hama Sunday. Mrs. Robert Schie wek and Mrs. Fred Radie. made the arrangements which were a surprise to Mrs. Schiewek. The serving table was centered by two wedding cakes presented to them by 4 Mr." and Mrs. Fred Radie and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schiewek. The hall was decorated with bouquets of fall flowers. Cutting the cake was their daughter-in-law, Mrs. Robert Schiewek. ' Bertha Mock and Carl Schie wek were married at Minot, N. D., Oct. 2, 1930. They lived cn a farm at Ryder, N. D., until two years ago wheH they moved to Lyons. They have nine children, with all present except one daughter, Mrs. Dave Kilgore of Napa, Calif., who was unable to attend.
