NOTICE HEREBY IS GIVEN that
the Common Council of the City of
Salem, Oregon deems it necessary
Its purpose and intention to improve
NORTH TWENTY-THIRD STREET,
from the north line of 'D" Street to
the south line of "Market Street, in
the City of Salem. Oregon, by bring
ing said .portion of said street to the
established grade, providing drainage,
constructing cement concrete curbs
and paving said portion of said street
with a 2'2 inch asphsltic concrete
pavement 34 feet wide, at the ex
pense of (he abutting and adjacent
property, except the street and alley
intersections, which expense will be
assumed by the city of baiem, an
in accordance with the plans and
specifications therefor which were
adopted by the common council Juiy
25. 1353. which are now on file in
the office of the city recorder and
