The public is in vited to stop at the Eyerly home either enroute to Manbrin Gar dens or on returning to Salem. The sweeping lawn extends to the river bank and flanking the patio are large beds of pink petunias and bright colored marigolds. A feature of the Frank Junta garden on Shore line Drive in Manbrin Gardens, which will be open to the public on Thursday ;f or the Salem Garden Club's tour is the large patio with brick wall, which extends the length of their home. Ifflanbrin CjardenS Outstanding event of the coming week will be the Salem Garden Cluo's annual summer garden tour. Eleven gardens in Manbrin Gardens will be open to the public on Thursday, August 4 between 2 and 9 o'clock. The gardens are both small and large and several have a river view. Featured are patios, terraces, planters, redwood paneling, hanging baskets, pooU and colored light ing effects for outdoor living. Most of the gardens shown are maintained by members of the family and many have built their own terraces or patios. Mrs. Gordon Black is heading the tour commit tee and tea will be served throughout the afternoon and evening at the Russell Eyerly home, 2741 N. River Road. Mrs. Roy .
