C. Jorgen son, 1112 N. water at., nas neen announced as the winner of a scho larship from the Lutheran Educa tional Aid Fund of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. The scholarships are sponsored by the Women's Missionary Feder ation of the ELC to be awarded to high school seniors of superior scholastic standing and moral char acter who intend to enroll in one of the colleges of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. - The Silverton youth's scholarship was one of 50 awarded in the United States. He has enrolled, at Pacific Lutheran College, Parkland, Wash. According to plan, the fountain will be in working order for the Smileroo celebration which begins the next morning.
