Crowds jammed the carnival grounds Sunday to view the log rolling, bucking, climbing, chop ping and other contests and events. A water show will begin at noon Monday at Waverry Lake, followed by the championship logging events at 1:15 pjn. A water show will start at 7 p.m. and the carnival will end with a fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. Contests and leading competitors include: Log-rolling Defending champ ion Eddie Herron of Kelso, Wash.; J. Wickheim, Sooke, B.C.; Larry Cooper and Jim Herron of Long view, Wash:; Sam Harris and Har ley Michele of Kelso, and Bob Har rison of Eureka, Calif.
