IB Three small children were drowned in a farm storm cellar near this West Texas town early Sunday morning' as vi olent hail and rainstorms lashed a wide section of the state. The three drowning victims were the children of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Keeney. The oldest of the three victims was 6 years old. The Keeneys, fearing a tornado thunderstorm that struck their area, went into the storm cellar with their four small children. When the storm subsided, they opened the cellar door.
