Women Rescued From High Ledge PHILADELPHIA (UP) A 30- year-old woman was rescued from an eight-inch ledge on the seventn floor of city hall Thursday after she threatened to jump to the street. Two off-duty policemen and a priest made the rescue. During the course of the rescue. Patrolman George R.
