To Be Feted ;
At Reception
Mr. and Mrs. 'Charles fcoos will
celebrate their golden wedding
anniversary at a reception this
afternoon at the Christ Lutheran
Church parlors, 1750 State St
Friends of the . goldenweds are
being invited, through the press
to call between 2 and 4 o'clock.
Hosts for the anniversary re
ception will be the couple's son
and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.
Carl Soos. Also receiving with the
couple will be their son-in-law
and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Arth
ur Koehn of Vida, Oregon. There
art two grandchildren and six
great-grandchilden in the J Soos
family.
Presiding at the punch bowl
will be Mrs. Edmund Hirsekorn,
a niece of Mrs. Soos, and pouring
coffee will be Mrs. John Koeneke,
a sister of Mrs. Soos. Mrs. Jacob
Fox will cut the wedding cake.
Assisting will be Mrs. G. H. Netz,

whose marriage was an event of Jan. 30 at the Roberts'
Studio. The bride is the daughter of Mrs: Norma B. Shaw
and the groom is the son of the Oi L Johnsons of Chico,
