Serve this Oxtail Supper Soup
generously from a tureen into
large soup bowls or serve it di

spoonful of shredded cheese or

Oxtails are usually disjointed

pounds. Allow to pound

OXTAIL SUPPER SOUP
1 ' oxtail or about 2 pounds j
Salt, pepper, flour j j II
2 tablespoons fat ; j j

Vt cup diced carrots

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 tablespoon Worcestershire

in hot fat in a deep heavy Ketue,

Cover; simmer 2 to 3 hours or

minutes or until vegetables are
