NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Common Council of the Cttjr of
Salem, Oregon, on the 28th day of
December, 1953, adopted a resolution
initiating proceedings to vacate that
portion ot Liberty Street lying under
and west of the east wall of the T. A.
Livemley Building and that portion of
State Street lying under and south of
the north wait of the T. A. Lfresley
Building, in the City of Salem. Marion
County, Oregon; -and that the said
Common : Council-has fixed the ith
day of February, 1954, as the hour of
1:00 o'clock p.m. as the time, and the
council chambers of the city hall as
the place, for hearing of the said pro
ceedings,: and any and ail objections
and remonstrances thereto. Objections
to such vacation, if any there be.
should be made in writing and filed
with the-city t recorder of said city
prior to the time of the hearing.
