Child Welfare Conference Held The third annual Child Welfare Conference of the American Le gion Department of Oregon was held in Portland Saturday and Sunday in the Multnomah HoteL Other affiliated organizations rep resented are the American Legion Auxiliary, Forty and Eight and Eight and Forty.
