were Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Camp
bell, who were married on Oct
5, 1902. They were married at the
home of Mrs. Campbell who was
Mamie Flanery before her mar
riage. Mrs, Campbell was born
at the home, 2 miles west of Per-
rydale, where they were married
and Mr. Campbell was born just
2 miles north of there. They es
tabllshod their homo lust ' hall
way between the two farms and
have lived there for the 50 years
of tneir married lilo.
The Campbells had two chil
dren, a daughter Aladine, who is
now Mrs. Mark O Dell and who
lives on the home place of, Mrs,
Campbell: and a son Cleo, who
was killed in a tractor accident
in 1921; Mrs. O'Dell has two chil
dren, Lary and Brenda, who are
both students at Perry dale. ) ;

house honoring her parents on

Duplicate bridge players in Sa-
em have started a campaign to
help other Western Oregon cities
establish ; units of the American
Contract Bridge league. A dele
gation will go to Eugene this week,
while Lebanon, Koseburg and
others may come later. Duplicate
games already are being conduct
ed in - Albany, Corvalhs, North
Bend, Redmond. Seaside and
Medford, The Salem organization
of 135 members, which started four
years ago now has three tourna
ments at the Elks club and one
at the Women g club every week.
