TART. DESSERT
If your family is small and you
want to serve them pie, make
tarts instead and you'll never have
to worry about leftovers. A baked
crumb tart shell filled with a can
ned peach half, then topped with
a bit of sour cream whipped with
currant jelly tastes extra good.
Make the shells ahead of time
and fill them with a canned peach
half, then topped with a bit of sour
cream whipped with currant jelly
tastes extra good. Make the shells
head of time and fill them just
before serving.
EASY WAT
If you're planning a reception,
keep the- food elegant and simple
nd it will be the least amount of
work. Instead of several kinds of
sandwicfe nerve only chicken
nd almond open-faced ones. Chop
the chicken, celery and almonds
finely and blend together with
mayonnaise. Season to taste and
spread on fancy shapes of bread.
NO WATER

washed before it Is cooked and
rice should not be rinsed after It
