First child ... a little girl was born to Lt. and Mrs. Robert RVagers (Lorna Arnold) on Wed nesday at the Salem General Hos pital. ... She has been named Rabin Gail and weighed six pounds, five ounces. . . . The grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Arnold and Mr. and Mrs. Robert V. Wagers, all of Salem. . . . Lt. Wagers is now stationed at Fort Kobbe. Panama Canal Zone and will be joined later in the spring by his wife and little daughter. . . . Heading South . . . today will be Dr. and Mrs. Russell Guiss, who are driving to Pasadena and Palm Springs for a ten day so- ttarn. ...
