Missouri was lost overboard early today when the battleship was 0 miles from Balboa, headquarters ' of the ; U. S. navy's Caribbean ; command said tonight. Planes and a crashboat searched unsuccessfully for the missing sailor, whose identfication was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
