Cattle Testing Dispute Arises A complaint that several; cattle owners in the Silverton district are not cooperating with the coun ty's herd-testing program was turned over to the district attor ney's office Wednesday by Mar ion county court. Dr. E. L. Henkel, county vet erinarian in the Silverton district, complained to the county court that several cattlemen "have re fused to cooperate with the county herd inspector in testing their cat tle." 5 Henkel said that one owner re fused to allow his cattle : tested and another did not have his cattle ready on testing day, "even though owners were notified in advance."
