a bid of $1L175.
The bid was submitted at a spe
cial meeting of the council by the
Coast Construction Co, was for

Bowman bid Is for work only and

This first section of the pro-
posea storm sewer wul drain sur
face water from the central and
southern section of the city, and
Is 265 feet long and will have a
