-Mickey Rocco homered in the
ninth inning of the first -game to
lift Portland to a 5 to 4 win over
Hollywood and the Beavers then
capped It with a 7ito 2 second
game victory. The sweep of the
av doubleheader cave Portland
eight straight wins in the nine
game Pacific coast league series
