It blew a hole in a neighbor's driveway 50 feet from where Cohen was sleeping. - It brought Cohen, gun in band and wearing yellow silk pajamas, to his door. In Circuit Court Two men received suspended sentences when they appeared Tuesday before Marion county Circuit Judge George Duncan. Richard Roy Carter, Salem, was sentenced to six months in the county jail on a charge of con tributing, to the delinquency of a minor girl. The sentence was sus pended on payment of a $200 fine. Jack Rex Studer, Tangent, was sentenced to 18 months in Oregon state prison on a charge of forg ery. He j was placed on three years' probation. Both men had pleaded guilty to the charges against them.
