Wheat receipts today confirmed
trade reports of an expansion in
wheat movement off northwestern
farms.
Cash wheat fell 2 cents at Min
neapolis and was unchanged to 1
cents lower at Kansas City.

through the stock market today.
Most price changes were meas
ured in minor fractions. Some of
the oils, though, established new
highs for the year. during the day
and advances in the group ranged
to an extreme of 2 points.
Rail stocks, on the other hand,
were in disfavor and losses mount
ed to a point or more in a couple
of cases.
At the final bell 323 issues had
advanced" and 385 declined.
The Associated Press avarage of
60 stocks dipped .1 of one point to
63.9. The industrial group improv
ed and utilities held unchanged but
the rail section lost .3 of one point
at 35.3.
Sales amounted to 890,000 shares.
