Plans Readied
For Summer
GCE Session
MONMOUTH The eight
weeks summer session of Oregon
College of Education will begin
June-13 and plans for the course
are practically completed, it has
been announced ' by Dr. Louis
Kaplan, director of teacher edu
cation. Students may earn 12 hours of
undergraduate credit or 9 hours
of graduate credit during the
session.
Assisting In administration of
the summer session are Miss Joan
Seavey, dean of women, Roy E.
Lieuallen, registrar, and E. A.
SteEbins, business manager.
Twenty-four visiting instructors
and 21 members of the regular
faculty ' will make up the sum
mer school staff.;
Applications for dormitory
housing should be directed to Mrs.
Lorna Jessup, director of dormi
tories. Students fliay secure help
in finding off-Campus rooms and
apartments by writing to Miss
Joan Seavey, director of housing.
