Barnes and daughter, Linda,, who will join Mr. Barnes in the southern city, where he had been since lata fall . . . Mr. Barnes Is now associated with the Northern Redwood Lumber Co. at Korbel ... he formerly was logging manager for Polk and Talbot Inc. . . . The Barnes' hope to sell their South 23rd street home, George already having iound living accommodations in the southern city. SOON TO VISIT . . . are the John Arthur Millers (Edith Mox ley), who were married here last September . . . Since their wed ding they have been at Orient, near Columbus, Ohio, living in a darling country home. Edith ar rives Wednesday and John will fly out around the 20th to be here during his spring vacation from Ohio State university . . . He is studying for his exams .... the two will then return to Ohio the end of the month . . . The Millers will be at the home of her parents, the Fred B. Moxleys, who have lots of things planned dur ing their daughter's visit HEADED SOUTH . . . next Weekend will be Charles Barclay, who is driving down to Palm Springs to join his wife, Mary Jane, and two children, Gregory and Laurie, who have been so journing in the sunny south with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy H. Simmons, the past two' months . . . The four Barclays will re turn to Salem around the 20th of the month .! . TALK OF THE WEEK . . . .
