Bell of Stayton re-elected secretary-treasurer. Brownsville fire department was host to the group including fire departments of Albany, Browns ville, Harrisburg. Lebanon, Scio, Stayton, Jefferson Philomath, Monroe, Halsey, Corvallis, Sweet Home. Crown-Zellerbach, Adair Village and Shedd. and also a number of rural fire districts in this area.
