arine Hobson, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Homer Lyle Hobson of Port
land and niece of Miss Olga Wik
berk of Salem, to Roy Lidstrom of
Prineville. son of Mr. and Mrs
Carl Anton Lidstrom of Prineville,
who will be here for the cere
mony.
The nuptials will take place on
Sunday, December 19 at the First
Congregational church at 2 o'clock
with the Rev. Seth Huntington of
ficiating. Prof. T. S. Roberts will
play the wedding music.
Mrs. Charles R. Urness of The
Dalles will be her sister's matron
of honor and bridesmaids will be

Miss Patricia Larson was hostess
for a pre-Christmas party Thurs
day night at the Bellevue street
home of her parents, the W- W.
Laarsons, for a group of her fri
ends. During the evening the group
sang Christmas carols and Miss
Beverly Kenney sang a few solo
numbers. A late dessert supper was
served by the hostess. Poinsettias,
greens and candles provided the
decorative note.
