Horse Shoiv; Races Scheduled

Huba Huba. grand champion mare at the Tucson. Ariz., show
this spring, will enter the quarter horse shows at the state fairgrounds
on Friday and Saturday nights of this week in the first quarter horse
show to be' held at Salem. Clay Nichols, Lebanon, is general chairman.
The shows, as well as the races each afternoon and the sale Sat
urday morning, are sponsored by the Northwest Quarter Horse asso
ciation which held its first event
last year at Klamath Falls.

working quietly on the coalition
project for several months and has
been promised aid by at least three
other governors. Others have
shown interest. Jester said today.
