day as they prepared for the an
nual election and club Christmas
party next Thursday evening at

years of the club which recently
passed the 200-fnembership mark.
Next week's meeting is open to
all gardeners. Besides the elec
tion and Christmas gift exchange,
the program will feature color
slides of Portland gardens shown
by Russel Conley of the Portland
Men's Garden club.

Dec. 4 A full Sunday achedulel
of programs has been arranged by
" Radio KOAC for Sunday, Decem
ber 7, in celebration of the 25th
anniversary of its founding on
the OSC campus December 7,
1922. The program schedule will
start at 10 o clock in the- forenoon
and will continue to 10 o'clock at I
night. Ordinarily the station is si
lent on Sunday.
The entire day will be used to
honor the founders and former
staff members who pioneered in
