CHARGED WITH LARCENY.
Cecil Henry Bassett, 444 S.
High st, was arrested by city
police Wednesday on a larceny
complaint signed by j Theodore
Franklin, who is now serving a
five-day sentence in the city jail
for vagrancy. Franklin accuses
Bassett of taking his wallet and
S 150 while the pair were ' on a
party a few days ago, according
to police reports. Franklin Tues
day finished part of a two-year
sentence at the state penitentiary
for a Multnomah county robbery.
He was received at the prison
