Strong, full pro fessor of law at the Ohio State university law school, will teach a course in regulation of busi ness thia- summer as a visiting professor at ; Willamette, univer sity college of law. ; ' ; Addition of Strong to the sum mer faculty was announced today by Dean Seward P. Reese of the local law college, who noted that the appointee is an outstanding authority on trade regulations. The professor is a son of the late Dr. Frank Strong who was presi dent of; University of Oregon from 1899 to 1902 and subse quently until his death in 1934 was chancellor of the University cf Kansas and constitutional law professor at Kansas school of law. Prof. Strcg i will offer his course hereuring the first sum-' xner session, June. 23 to July 26. A second law course given that term will be one in labor law, of fered by Prof. Kenneth H.
