IHGIIT Board Counts 2nd Ballot on School Merger (Story Also on Page 1) The Marion county district boundary board Monday zoned the county s rural school districts and canvassed the revoting on April 7 of the Middle Grove dis trict on consolidation with Salem, in which the merger was ap proved 54 to 4b. A similar elec tion on April 10 involving con solidation of Hall district with Woodbum districts showed the merger was approved by Hall 85 to 4. May 8 was set by the board for an election by Union HilL Valley View and Center View districts on consolidation of the three.
