FISHING TRIALS HELD !
On trial charged with angling
for trout. in a closed . season in
Salem - justice court Thursday,
two jnen were found guilty,' one
pleaded guilty and one found in
nocent. Kenneth Charles Howe,
Brooks, Irvin Kaper, Silverton,
and Benjamin Brown. 13254
Terry st, were fined $25 each,
sndAllison L. Howe, 740 Lee st,
was found innocent. Brown," who
pleaded guilty, - faced an addi
- tional charge of angling without
a license for which a 25,fine was
suspended on payment of costs.
The four men were arrested Feb
ruary 23 by state police on- the
pudding river with two others
who paid similar fines March 21.
