Car Shortage Causes
Dumping on Ground
PORTLAND. Aug. 17 -JP)- Be
cause of the railway car shortage,
Patific northwest wheat is being
dumped on the ground, the weekly
grain review of the department of
agriculture reported today. While
elevators and warehouses are fill
ed to capacity in many localities,
northwest trading in cash wheat
was limited to spot delivery.
