HIT-RUN REPORTED
Police learned Friday from Va
nillio T. Bean, 1020 Madison st.,
that a taxicab in making a reverse
turn in the 2300 block of State
street had struck his parked car
and damaged the bumper and
fender. Bean said the taxi did
