of the 501st ordnance ammunition
company which has been in New
Caledonia the past four months,
is enroute to his home here on
terminal leave after three years
in the Pacific area. He telephoned
his wife and daughter, Shirley,
Monday night from Honolulu.
Mrs. Hulst bought j a home on
North Capitol street shortly after
Captain Hulst left for overseas
duty. With Shirley she plans to
fly to San Francisco to meet him
upon his arrival from Hawaii.
Captain Hulst is the 1 son of Mr.
and Mrs. Bert Hulst of Salem and
brother of the Misses Cornelia
and Jeanett Hulst, who served
in the women's army I corps.
