minated or suspended and vet
erans should apply in such cases
to have these provisions restored,

Furthermore, veterans who ser
ved In the armed forces before
Sept 2, 1945, but failed to re
port their status, may bare paid
premiums for 'provisions which
were no longer in force, and it
should be possible for them to
obtain refunds, according to no
